Florida Woman Does Irish Folk Dance During DUI Sobriety Test
We thought we saw everything until this came out! A Florida Woman decided to do an Irish folk dance during her DUI sobriety test!
This incident happened on April 27, 2022 but the footage was just released.
When Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over Amy Harrington of Madeira Beach, little did they know that she knew how to shake a leg! Harrington rear-ended another vehicle near her home and deputies were called to the scene of the accident. The deputies noticed that Harrington had signs of impairment including bloodshot, watery, and glassy eyes as well as dilated pupils. They also found a white foam cup containing a light yellow liquid that smelled of alcohol in her car.
So they decided to give her a DUI field sobriety test. That’s when things got interesting. As one of the deputies tried to give Harrington instructions, she is heard saying “yeah, well, you sound like my ballet coach.” Harrington takes five steps and then starts doing some ballet moves! “That wasn’t the exercise that I was demonstrating,” was the deputy’s response. The Florida Woman then broke into an Irish dance. Harrington was charged with driving under the influence with property damage and refusal to submit to testing. Here’s the footage of the incident:
