- People 65 and older
- Healthcare professionals
- EMS workers
- Law Enforcement
- Firefighters (50 and older)
- Anyone 16 or over with one high-risk medical condition
- Teachers
Your doctor determines if your condition is considered high-risk if you are under 65. You will need to get a form signed by your doctor stating that you are considered high-risk. The form can be found here.
