This past weekend the Bulls had their first game in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium. A college football game during a pandemic is not the reason this video went viral. It’s because a punt from The Citadel caused USF to score and it caught some attention. A negative ten yard punt and a ZERO yard touchdown!
