According to ABC Action News, your wishes can be added to the confetti that drops in Times Square on New Year’s when the ball drops.

We will add it to the thousands of others released above Times Square at midnight on New Year’s Eve for all the world to see!”
I don’t know if I want my wish on the bottom of someone’s stinky foot at the end of a long day but it’s still a pretty cool idea.
