Some people burn the turkey, others don’t feel like cooking on the holiday due to the messy kitchen or low attendance… Whatever the reason may be, there are still options for Turkey Day.

House Method reported the most searched Thanksgiving Recipe by State and the most popular was Roasted Turkey and us Floridians were caught for searching that recipe the MOST. Uh oh! Don’t trust everything you read on the internet…

Now, for the best part of Thanksgiving… DESSERT: Pecan Pie was the most searched recipe but Florida’s most searched dessert recipe was Pumpkin Cheesecake. Looks like we might not be ready for Turkey Day, if you want to take the stress off of you this season or you secretly burned the turkey and/or the pie… Here is a list from ABC Action News of major chain restaurants open for Thanksgiving (hours and participation varies):

Cracker Barrel: Cracker Barrel calls Thanksgiving its “busiest day of the year.”

Waffle House: Almost every Waffle House locations offers hash browns and other classic items 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Thanksgiving.

Bob Evans: All locations will be open until 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Guests can order from the full breakfast menu until 11 a.m., then a limited breakfast menu and special Thanksgiving meal thereafter which includes a choice of entrée, three sides, bread and a slice of pie. There will also be a Premium option available, including both ham and turkey, too.

Denny’s: Select locations will be open and serving their standard menu. Denny’s is also offering a turkey and stuffing meal.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse: For $45, you can enjoy a three-course turkey dinner that includes all the traditional fixings. If you prefer steak, customers can order a filet mignon for an extra $15. To RSVP your spot, click here.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House: They will have a special 3-course dinner for $41.95 for adults and $14.95 for kids with all your holiday favorites including: Oven-roasted turkey breast; sausage and herb stuffing; sweet potato casserole; and pumpkin cheesecake.
