Florida Teachers And Police Officers Could Be Next To Get COVID-19 Vaccine
Governor Ron DeSantis shared some very exciting yesterday that includes some of our hardest working community leaders.
Health care workers and elderly folks in Florida have been slowly but surely getting the vaccine and now we got word from DeSantis that teachers and police officers are likely going to be next. He said they will probably start with those who are over 50-years-old and then go from there. This is great news for those men and women who work so hard every day to help our families and community.
Our Governor also announced that CVS Health will begin offering COVID-19 vaccinations at select CVS Pharmacy locations in across Florida, including a few in the Tampa Bay Area.
If you are eligible you must register in advanced at CVS.com or through the CVS Pharmacy app, if you don’t have access to the internet you can call CVS customer service: (800) 746-7287. Appointments are required and will be available for booking very soon.
