You know he is going to have some new friends! A Tampa man became the latest winner of the $5 million top prize on a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket.

Stevyn Bartlette bought the lucky Gold Rush Limited scratcher at the Publix at 3030 54^th Avenue South in St. Petersburg. Stevyn won the $5 million grand prize. He has decided to take the one-time, lump-sum payment which comes out to $3,960,000.00. The Publix location also gets a cool $10,000 bonus commission.

Looking at the Florida Lottery page for the $20 scratch-off, you have a shot at being a winner because there are 23 grand prizes remaining. Calculating the odds puts you in the 1-in-2,362,500 range. Feeling lucky?
