The Lee County Mosquito Control District had a trapping project on Sanibel Island last summer. So what did they do with the mosquitoes? Well here you go:
Those million mosquitoes are from one section of one neighborhood in Sanibel Island. Don’t start doing the math about how many mosquitoes were on that Florida island let alone live in the entire Sunshine State!
