Forgot where you parked at the Magic Kingdom? Not anymore! Here’s how you’ll always find your car at Walt Disney World.
The My Disney Experience app is getting a new car locator feature. This feature is complimentary and presented by State Farm.
Here’s how it works: Open up the My Disney Experience app. Then, tap the car locator card on the home screen. You can also use the “Feature” menu to access this. You will then be prompted to enter your Disney parking information. If you have enabled location services on your mobile device, car locator will help fill in the details…because who really wants to fill in all the details when you just want to get to the park and ride the rides! Anyway, when you are ready to leave the park, return to the car locator feature for your parking info.
Disney says this parking feature works best when you enable Location Services, Bluetooth, and Notifications on your mobile device.
The car locator, scheduled for summer launch, will be available at all four Walt Disney World theme parks, Disney Springs, Disney Water Parks, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
