What Makes This Tampa Bay Food Truck Not A Food Truck
It’s the question that has kept us awake at night for many months: What makes this Tampa Bay food truck, not a food truck?
The answer to that question might not be that simple. When you see Williamsburg Cucina’s slick silver truck on the roads of Tampa Bay, it looks like a food truck. But to Williamsburg’s co-owner, Sophia Mosconi, that’s where the comparison stops. “The only thing that makes us a food truck is that we’re mobile,” said Sophia. “But you won’t find any hamburgers or tacos here. We bring farm fresh quality to the table.”
Williamsburg Cucina is ranked the #1 food truck in Tampa according to Tampa Magazine, South Tampa Magazine and Restaurant Clicks. Since 2018 they have been serving Williamsburg, Brooklyn-style food with an Italian influence. Just a glance at their menu will prove that they have hit the mark with what they are aiming for and the Instagram page will show you all their glorious and delicious eats!
What started as a way to reconnect with their families’ restaurant background, Sophia and her husband, and co-owner, Niky Mosconi have now become one of the most followed and talked about food trucks in Tampa Bay. But remember, they are more than a food truck!
You can catch Williamsburg Cucina regularly at Two Shepherds Tap Room in Tampa on Tuesday for Trivia Night and Sunday for their New York City brunch.
