Florida Man Uses Garbage Can To Trap Alligator
A Florida Man used a garbage can to trap an alligator that was in front of his house. This gives a whole new meaning to taking out the trash!
We’ve seen plenty of news reports about alligators “visiting” people’s homes. Most of the time the gator gets bored and goes away or a trapper is called to remove the reptile.
When an alligator appeared in front of Abdul Gene Malik’s Florida home, this Army veteran had to think quickly to protect his family. Using what he had nearby, this Florida Man used a garbage can to try an trap the alligator. He approached the alligator head-on with the trash can and used the lid to hit the reptile on the head which made it lunge into the container. Malik righted the can and rolled the gator to the nearby lake where he released it.
