Second Date Update: There is a very distinct difference between cocky and confident on a date. Although confidence can be a very attractive quality it can also quickly turn to being cocky. Clearly this is a life lesson that Robert has yet to learn. Secondly, describing your kissing technique on the radio is another move that you might want to pass on.

Right out the gate when Robert reached out to us we sensed that we may be in for a very interesting 7:15 Second Date Update. Now the location of the date sounded like a lot of fun. Robert and Francesca decided to check out Top Golf on their date. Besides being a great atmosphere Robert said that he is really good at Golf making this a perfect place. Obviously he was setting himself up to show off a little bit.

After hearing Robert’s description of the date it was time to talk to Francesca. First and foremost she said her date with Robert was all about Robert. Secondly she said he surprised her with a kiss at the end of the date. Not really what she was looking for. This date is a perfect example of the difference between cocky and confident.

Tampa Bay is in the Top 10 best places to retire in the U.S. That’s according to WalletHub, which has just come out with their picks for the Best and Worst Places to Retire in the U.S.

They judged more than 180 cities across 46 key metrics ranking them in areas like affordability, activities, quality of life and health care.

They have claimed that Charleston, South Carolina is the best place to retire. While, Bridgeport, CT is the worst place to retire.

Four Florida cities are in the Top 10 best places to retire with Tampa making that Top 10.

  • 2 - Orlando

    Orlando does have some of the most overpriced homes in the nation. Ranking 7th in Florida and 22nd in the nation. Average home price is $399,709 in Orlando.

  • 3 - Cincinnati, OH

  • 4 - Miami

    Miami also has some of the most overpriced home in the nation. They are 9th in Florida and 38th in the nation. The average home price is $467,759.

  • 5 - Ft. Lauderdale

  • 6 - San Francisco, CA

  • 7 - Scottsdale, AZ

  • 8 - Wilmington, DE

  • 9 - Tampa

    One of the best places to retire is right here in Tampa. Although, Tampa has some of the most overpriced houses in the nation. Tampa comes in 3rd in Florida and 9th in the nation. The average home price is $386,326.
