$75 Million Estate In Virginia Comes With Budweiser Clydesdales
It is the most expensive home for sale in Virginia and it comes with some famous horses.
The Mount Ida Estate encompasses 4,500 acres, features 26 houses, and was once owned by Bernard Arnault, CEO of luxury conglomerate LVMH Moet Hennessy—Louis Vuitton SE.
It’s listed for $75 million and includes a winery, a brewery, a go-cart track, and some of Budweiser’s retired Clydesdale horses. He also did about $100 million in upgrades recently.
Sotheby’s says the estate would take the title of Virginia’s most expensive property if it sells for the asking price.
