Westfield Countryside Mall Temporarily Closes Due To Safety Concerns
If you planned on doing some shopping today, Countryside in Clearwater has closed due to the possibility of protests.
Just got this alert from WTSP that the mall was closing.
This is just temporary. They posted this on their website: “For the welfare of our customers, employees and retail partners, we are currently closed. We strongly believe in the importance of inclusivity and in the strength of our community – please stay safe, and we look forward to reopening to serve you soon.”
I think we can all understand this. You have to be safe first. I hope all of the violent protesting stops soon. Too many bad things happening to business and owners who have barely survived the pandemic…and now this.

We saw how fast “corona virus” spread.
Imagine how fast kindness, compassion, and love can spread if we all made an effort to do so.
Toilet paper might have been sold out, but LOVE is on the shelf.
