Tom Brady Has Moved Into Derek Jeter’s Mansion On Davis Island
UPDATE 1:45pm 4/2/2020: One of my friends was out on her boat this afternoon and snapped a couple photos of the new residence of Tom and family and if you zoom in it looks like it is Tom on the back porch.

30,000-square foot mansion located on Davis Island was built by Derek Jeter, and features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an entertainment room and billiards room that wraps around a pool with two boat lifts providing access to Tampa Bay.
Rumor has it he’s paying $75 – 100K a month for rent. Oh my!
Brady signed a two-year, $50 million contract with the Bucs that includes nearly $9 million in performance incentives….so I guess he can afford it.
At least he has a place he can park his yacht.
