FGL’s Brian Kelley and his wife Brittney Donated One Of Their Dogs
BK and his wife had 5 Shepherd dogs at their home….but now they have 4. One they donated.
Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley and his wife Brittney are big dog lovers. They have a pack of five shepherds — Smoke, Stone, Sage, Sunday and Sarge. However, their pack has just gone from five to four…and it’s not quite like anything I’ve ever heard before.
While in Indianapolis for FGL Fest over the weekend, Brian and Brittney donated Sarge to the Indianapolis Police Department.
According to CNN, the couple met the dog last year when he was just a pup and made him part of the family, but they soon realized he had talents that made him suitable for police work.
The Kelleys said this: “We are so excited that Sarge will live a life of keeping people and his officers safe.”
I think that is so great that they saw potential in Sarge….but I would never be able to just “donate” my dog like that…could you? I would be heart broken…but I guess you have to do what is right for the dog. It would be soooo hard!
