Shelter Dog Saves Kennel Buddy After Hug Goes Viral
Two shelter dogs who were scheduled to be euthanized share hug before getting put down.
The rescue shelter posted a photo on Facebook of the two pups as a last attempt to find them a forever home and save them. Too sweet not to act on it. Next thing you know, the best thing happened for the two pups, they found a fur-ever home just two hours after posting the photo.
The icing on the cake is that the local resident who showed up at the shelter decided to adopt both dogs, allowing them to live together forever.
I love stories like this, where people work together to find a home for shelter dogs. I don’t know what I would do without my dog.
