If you were on the Skyway bridge last night around 5pm traffic was pretty slow….because there was a dog walking on the ledge of the bridge!
Did you see this dog yesterday? Oh my gosh! How scary! People saw the dog and were getting out of their car to try and help it. But of course this kind of situation is delicate as the dog could get scared and jump.
State troopers said it was possibly a dachshund.
The good news… he was safely rescued by a driver.
State troopers said the dog was walking southbound in the northbound lanes approximately halfway up the incline of the bridge on Sunday evening around 5:15 p.m. How did it get there?? Who’s dog is this?
Thank you to the person who saved this little guy. This could have gone very bad!
