Orlando has the #4 slot and Miami took #10.
Five key factors were used to determine which cities provide the best environment for women entrepreneurs:
- percentage of women-owned businesses
- the number of new businesses per 100,000 people
- women-to-men pay difference and the unemployment rate for women
- the number of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) chapters
