Wednesday is the best day to take off work…It’s healthy for you
Caddy texted me this morning around 8:30 and said he was taking the day off work today….He didn’t tell me the reason why, but now I’m thinking it was for his health!
According to new research from UT Austin, the best day to take off work is Wednesday! Right during the middle of the week! They say when you shake up your weekly cycle a bit and take a break in the middle of the week, we get a chance to realign with our internal clock and finish off the rest of the work week refreshed. So it’s super healthy for you!
Caddy’s been losing all that weight with Tampa Rejuvenation and exercising more and eating healthy… so I guess now he’s working on his “internal clock’ too!
