Data Reveals Florida Resident’s Favorite Taco
Tacos’ adaptability is what makes them so appealing. They can be filled with practically anything, including vegetables, salsas, a variety of spices, grilled meats, shellfish, and melted cheese. Thanks to some data, apparently, this is the favorite taco in Florida
The best part is that they may be had as a midday snack as well as for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Are you interested in all the popular taco kinds in Florida? Thanks to the taco crazy employees over at Betway, there’s actual data (and a lot of it) to back up all the taco stats I’m going to throw your way. Based on data from Google Trends, the data is in!
Here are some of Florida’s most well-liked tacos:
- Shrimp taco
- Chicken taco
- Al pastor taco
- Carnitas taco
- Fish taco
With an average monthly search volume of 120,000, shrimp tacos are the most sought-after taco in Florida. This is probably because Florida is a coastline state and shrimp is a widely consumed seafood dish here. Another well-liked option is chicken tacos, which receive 100,000 monthly searches on average. The typical monthly search volumes for al pastor tacos, carnitas tacos, and fish tacos are 91,000, 80,000, and 60,000, respectively.
Worth noting is that Florida residents prefer soft tacos than hard tacos!
What about the rest of the country?
But which types of fillings are most common across all states? The most popular taco toppings were found through an analysis of Google queries made in the previous month by Betway’s analysts.
The overall outcomes for all states are as follows:
1. The beef taco is the most popular taco in the US!
2. Soft tacos are the most common variety, and the 44 states mentioned below prefer them to hard tacos.
3. Hard tacos are more popular in Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Maine.
4. ‘Beef Taco’ is the most often searched filler in 45 states.
5. ‘Fish Taco’ is the most often searched filling in four states (Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, and Maine).
6. ‘Shrimp Taco’ is the most sought filler in one state (Louisiana).
Methodology:
Based on the average search volume for phrases related to “tacos,” this dataset ranks every city. Google Search volumes were utilized to determine the most popular taco toppings in the cities. Betway gathered the typical number of relevant phrase searches made over the previous month for each city.
