Chris Janson Talks About His Epic Christmas Party
Chris Janson talks about his epic Christmas party when he called into the show today. Chris called in to talk about his show coming up Friday Jan 17th at the Bull Bash and Country Music Festival happening at the Hillsborough Fair Grounds in Tampa. Chris was most recently in town for our QYK Guitar Pull in November and put on an amazing performance for us. Chris plays all of his hits and never disappoints his fans. Not only does he perform all of his big songs like Buy Me A Boat, Fix Me A Drink, Good Vibes, he also busts out a piano for Drunk Girl, a harmonica, his guitar and sometimes a little drum set. He is a one man band.
J.R. started talking about Chris’s love for cigar smoking. He talked about favorite cigars to smoke and how many he smokes a week. He didn’t want to give us a number because his wife might be listening and they are not cheap.
J.R. brought up the lavish Christmas parties that the Janson’s host. Chris Janson talks about his epic Christmas party they threw this past year. This year, his wife Kelly hired a DJ for the party and all the kids were out playing and having fun at the party – so Chris and his son went up and sang Hank Jr. songs and then at the end of the night, sang some of Chris’s big hits like Buy Me A Boat.
You sure get your money’s worth when you go to a Janson show. Chris is a guy who play his hit songs when you see him live. You will be on your feet dancing all night.
We had to ask Chris about the rodeo. We asked if he has ever been bull riding and he said once. He has a lot of respect for bull riders and if given the opportunity, he would love to ride one. Ha Ha, not sure that is going to happen.
