How To Get Free Buccaneers Swag In Time For Playoffs

Time to get pumped for the playoffs! Now is the time to show off your love for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The team is helping you raise the flags by hosting a FREE drive-through event and giving out some Buccaneers swag bags!

To get your free Buccaneers swag bag, head over to Raymond James Stadium South Parking Lot on Friday, January 13 from 5:30a-10a (while supplies last). To get there, you’ll enter Lot 8 on Himes Ave or Lot 9 on Dale Mabry. Click here to see the map!

Even though this is just a drive through event (no walk-ups allowed), there are tons of appearances by: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders, Buc Beat Line, Captain Fear, DJ Ekin, Pirate Crew, Promo Team and Street Team, and The Bucs Pirate Ship Float.

The Bucs are set to host the Dallas Cowboys for their wild card playoff matchup this Monday, January 16. Even though this is Tom’s first losing-record season, and the sixth time in NFL history that a team has made the playoffs with a losing record. This is also Tom’s first season being counted as “the underdog.” Just because the Bucs are entering the playoffs with a losing record, doesn’t mean you should count us out. As we all know in Champa Bay, in Tom Brady we trust.

5 Great Restaurants Near Raymond James Stadium

Heading to Ray Jay for a concert or a Bucs game? Hit up one of these restaurants near Raymond James Stadium. Many of these spots even stay open late.

In the summertime, it’s way to hot to tailgate before any concert. So we suggest pregaming at one of these restaurants instead. Most of them are about a 20 minute walk to Raymond James Stadium, if you wanted to save the Uber trip. For most concerts, doors open around 4 or 5, which means you might even be able to catch some happy hour specials if it falls on a weekday!

So where should you go to eat before the show? There’s plenty of great restaurants by Raymond James to choose from. Know that you may not be able to leave your car there, even if it’s walking distance. But it may make your Uber price cheaper to get picked up from these places instead or waiting at the drop off area at the stadium. We went to Yelp to see the highest rated places and added a few of our own favorites.
