Winning Isn’t Everything On A Date

Second Date Update: Randy and Kelsey have been on a couple of dates. First they went to Rocco’s Tacos for their date. We know that it went well because they met up for a happy hour on their next date. Randy plays in recreational softball league during the week so he invited her to come after grabbing a couple drinks. Without a doubt winning isn’t everything on a date and Randy learned that lesson the hard way.

After happy hour Kelsey came to watch Randy play in his softball game and saw a whole other side of him. Unlike the calm guy she met up with for dinner Randy became an angry and over competitive guy. Obviously he takes his softball league pretty serious if he is throwing his bat and arguing with the umpire. Kelsey was so embarrassed I have a Titan T3 space saving wall mount folding squat rack plus accessories (sold together or separately). Was used at a personal training studio for a few years and is still in great condition. Rack only is – $250 that she actually left the game and went home. I guess winning isn’t everything on a date.

 

 

Tampa Is One Of The Best Cities For Remote Workers

The is a new study that has come out with their list of 2023’s Best Cities For Remote Workers. The study comes from LawnStarter where they looked at 200 of the largest U.S. cities. They are judging them on 20 factors, including Internet quality, cost of living, access to co-working spaces, and more.

# 1 is Plano, Texas for best cities for remote workers. It earned the top spot due to their spacious homes, high broadband coverage and low crime rate.

  • 1 - Plano, TX

    They also have no state income tax, the 10th most affordable rent and the 19th highest average household income.

  • 2 - Frisco, TX

    Another Texas city is at #2. They are high on earning potential and workspace rank. Also has a low crime rate and is affordable to live there.

  • 3 - Tampa, FL

    Tampa lands at #3 on this list. Tampa ranks high in spacious homes and high broadband coverage. They do rank a little lower in affordability and earning potential though.

  • 4 - Atlanta, GA

    Atlanta ranks high in spacious homes and amenities. They rank really low in the crime rate though.

  • 5 - Seattle, WA

    Seattle ranks really high on high broadband coverage and earning potential, but low in affordability and crime rate.

     

  • 6 - Durham, NC

    They rank really high on broadband coverage, but lower on earning potential than all the cities about them on this list.

  • 7 - Austin, TX

    Austin winds up on a lot of the best cities list and now they are one of the best for remote workers as well. They only areas they rank low are in spacious homes and crime rate.

  • 8 - Kansas City, MO

    They are #3 in broadband coverage in the U.S. They rank really low in crime rate and amenities.

  • 9 - Jacksonville, FL

    The #2 city in Florida after Tampa. They rank really high in broadband coverage and amenities.

  • 10 - Charlotte, NC

    The Queen City come in at #10 on the list with good rankings except for crime rate.
