Free Food For Life: Subway’s Generous Offer for Those Changing Their Name to ‘Subway’
As part of the campaign that the company is doing to discover their most devoted customer, one lucky individual will have the opportunity to get free Subway sandwiches for the rest of their life—on the condition that they officially change their name to “Subway.”
How to do it…
Fans of Subway can enter the contest by going online to this website between the hours of 9:00 a.m. Aug 1st and by 11:59 p.m. on August 4th. By joining the competition, fans will be required to acknowledge that they are willing to legally change their first name to “Subway” in the event that they are chosen as the winner.
According to the guidelines, the winner will get a total of $50,000 worth of Subway gift cards in addition to the sum of $750 that will cover the costs of officially changing their name.
The official regulations of the sweepstakes state that on August 7, there will be a selection at random to determine who the winner will be.
It is not the only high-stakes campaign that the sandwich restaurant has conducted; if you had the choice between getting a footlong tattoo or changing your name, which would you choose?
Anyone who consented to have a 12-by-12-inch tattoo advertising the company’s “Subway Series” lineup in July of 2022 was eligible to get free sandwiches from Subway for the rest of their lives.
James Kunz, originally from Colorado but now resides in Nevada, had a large tattoo tattooed on his upper back in Vegas. Other individuals who had tattoos measuring three inches by three inches were awarded free sandwiches for an entire year.
My thoughts…
I don’t know about this… kinda hard to believe anyone would actually do this. But nothing really surprises me anymore. Years ago, I worked at a radio station in New York and we had a promotion to win concert tickets… To win, a person had to be willing to get our station logo tattooed on them. And people actually did it!
Are you Subway’s biggest fan?? Time to prove it!
