99.5 QYK Invites YOU To The 11th Annual Meggan Morency Wild West Night
If you know anything about Wild West Night, you know this night is one you can’t miss.
Wild West Night is a result of building a legacy for Meggan Morency, who passed away at age 17 in 2003 during a tragic accident while showing her horse. Her parents wanted to remember not only her beautiful life but her “love for horses, her joy of riding and generous, giving nature.” With that, Wild West Night was born, and what better way to continue celebrating Meggan’s life than to donate to a cause she loved and supported.
Bit-By-Bit Medical Therapeutic Riding Center is “healing with the help of a horse.” They take pride in “promoting independence for at-risk youth, special needs people and disabled veterans, educating through mentoring the next generation, and providing quality hands-on learning opportunities that facilitate community involvement through successful and meaningful volunteer experiences.”
To show support and enjoy a night of country music and good times, grab tickets to the event! On February 19, 2022, enjoy One-of-a-kind Silent and Live Auction items, Premium Open Bar, and Southern Style BBQ Buffet at Ron Bergeron’s Green Glade Ranch. Of course, we can’t forget about the live music with Big Machine Records recording artists, Midland!
Midland took the country music scene by force in 2017 with their hit single, I’ve Got a Drinking Problem off their debut album entitled On the Rocks. “Hailing from Dripping Springs, TX lead vocalist Mark Wystrach fronts Midland’s rich sound that is rounded out with lead guitarist/vocalist Jess Carson and bass player/vocalist Cameron Duddy. Rooted in tradition in both sound and style, the trio initially garnered attention playing clubs in the region.”
