More than 1,000 people were rescued overnight due to the record flooding that Tropical Storm Harvey has caused in Texas.  Recent reports are predicting that the storm will last four to five days, worsening conditions.  As Florida residents, flooding hits close to home and we want to do all we can to help those affected by the storm.
