Who is Bryan Martin? Bryan Martin landed a spot on Morgan Wallen's One Night At A Time Tour 2024. Who is this guy? How did he get on such a big tour so quickly?

We really don't know much about Bryan Martin, so I decided to do a little research and learn a little about him before the show. His single "We Ride" is playing on our station and it's been out since 2023, but who is Bryan Martin.

Bryan with a "y" is from Louisiana, just like Jordan Davis and Tim McGraw. When he was younger he worked on an oil rig while playing football and dabbling in some bull riding. After he broke his collar bone bull riding is when things started going downhill for him. He got addicted to painkillers. That led to more drugs and alcohol and dropping out of school. He decided to get his life together, so he enlisted in the military, but soon after, he was dismissed. That feeling of failure is what led him to attempt suicide at 19 years old. His official website details how he took 30 Percocet and misfired a 357.

Things turned around very quickly for Bryan. The next day in fact, he met his wife and also took a job on an oil rig. Bad luck struck him again when he was in a bad car accident that caused a bad brain injury.

Bryan Martin's Music Career

All of these events are what led him back to pick up his guitar. He's kinda like Jelly Roll in a sense where he's had so many personal things happen in his life, he had plenty to write and sing about. That's when his music career took off.

Martin released his first album It Was Easy in 2019 and then Self Inflicted Scars in 2021. The song "We Ride" began receiving attention on TikTok. By 2023, "We Ride" had begun charting on the country charts, The song will be on Martin's third album Poets & Old Souls.

Morgan Wallen Tour

Following the song's release, Martin was booked as an opening act for Morgan Wallen. Bryan will be at the show this Thursday and Friday at Raymond James Stadium. Both shows are sold out. Make sure you get there early, as Bryan Martin goes on stage at 5:45pm.

Morgan Wallen’s Expected Set List at Raymond James Stadium

Morgan Wallen is going to be at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa for two shows. He will be there on Thursday, July 11 and Friday, July 12. Morgan has been performing at stadiums around the country for a few months now so we know some of the songs he will be playing. If you’re going to see Morgan Wallen at Raymond James Stadium you may want to know if your favorite song is going to get played.

I’ve been looking at the previous stadium shows that he has done. Recently, he has played at the Broncos football stadium in Denver. Before that, he was at the Vikings football stadium in Minneapolis for two nights. Back in May, he performed at MetLife Stadium, home of the Giants and the Jets. He’s also performed in Indianapolis, Nashville, Philadelphia, and Oxford, Mississippi.

Joining Morgan Wallen on stage at Raymond James Stadium will be Jelly Roll and Nate Smith. Both of those guys have songs of their own you will be singing along to.

The Stage For Morgan Wallen At Raymond James Stadium

There are two stages that Morgan uses. There is a stage which is the main stage and there will be a secondary stage where he plays three songs in the middle of his concert. He will be doing a Jason Isbell cover, a new song called “Lies Lies Lies”, and then “Sand In My Boots”. After that, he returns to the main stage.

Morgan kicks off his show on his stadium tour with “Ain’t That Some” followed by “I Wrote The Book”. Yes, he will be doing “I Had Some Help”, which is a Post Malone song but since he is featured on it he will be performing it.

He does do an encore where he will be performing three songs. Those three songs are “Thinkin’ Bout Me”, “Last Night” and he ends the show with “The Way I Talk.”

You Proof

This will be the fifth song that Morgan performs. This was the first single released from his One Night A Time album.

I Had Some Help

This is a Post Malone song, but Morgan sings on it and helped write the song. It is the longest running #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 for 2024 so far.

Sand In My Boots

This song is from Dangerous: The Double Album. It was his fifth #1.

Up Down

Morgan teams up with Florida Georgia Line for this song. This is also Morgan first #1 song on country radio.

Whiskey Glasses

This was on his 2016 EP, The Way I Talk and became his second #1.

Thinkin' Bout Me

The first song he will play during the Encore. It went #1 in 2023.

Last Night

One of the biggest songs of 2023. This song reached #1 on the Billboard Top 100, which was the first time Morgan has made it there. The last time a solo male artist did that was in 1981. Eddie Rabbitt's song "I Love A Rainy Night" was the song that did that.
