Shirley Kidd, a grandmother from Lakeland, is a big Willie Nelson fan. Unfortunately however, she was forced to miss his concert at The Florida Strawberry Festival earlier this year.
Shirley (a.k.a. “Moo Moo”) has been battling brain cancer. In-and-out hospital stays kept her from seeing Willie Nelson live. After learning of this, he sent Moo Moo this personal video via social media:
