Tampa Company Named As One Of The Most Loved Workplaces
A Tampa company was named as one of the most loved workplaces in America. This report comes from Newsweek. Newsweek released their third annual list of America’s 100 most loved workplaces. The way they came up with a list is they surveyed more than 2 million employees. Additionally, they interviewed several hundred company officials about five key areas. Those areas were to see how employees feel about where they work. The Tampa based company that was named as one of the most loved workplaces is Datalink. They are a software company in Florida and only have 150 employees.
Also, Newsweek had some great things to say about Datalink. They say, “Team members at this medical information technology company love the level of collaboration here. The company holds frequent town halls, one-on-one meetings with leadership, check in sessions with HR and employee surveys. Employee feedback has led to increases in benefits and compensation, which is in the top 15% of the industry.”
The five key areas that Newsweek looked are: the level of collaboration at the firm and how positive workers are about their future at the company. Also, how much employer values align with employee values and respect at all levels and career achievement. They also looked at return-to-office policies, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and other workplace and talent development initiatives.

Coming in #32 it is KnowBe4, which is a computer software company. They are makers of cyber security training software. The company has 1,700 employees and calls Clearwater home.

Pick a place that has some background music, live bands or anything to lighten the mood when you first walk in.
