A Florida couple going on a cruise together made an unwelcome discovery in their room – a hidden camera pointed at the bed.
Chris and Dana White say the camera was hidden among the TV wires in their room. They were on a Carnival cruise and Carnival later admitted the device was a ‘video transmitter’ but says it wasn’t operating or connected to anything. But Chris says it was working and ‘warm to the touch’. The couple says they felt like their ‘privacy had been invaded’.
“In October, a small, non-working camera was found in a cabin aboard Carnival Fantasy during a cruise departing from Mobile, Ala. After review by the ship’s technicians, it was determined that the device was not operational,” the cruise line stated.
