St. Pete Man Wins Big From Popular Lottery Game
A man in St. Petersburg won the $1 million prize by playing a popular lottery game. The popular lottery game he played was the $5 Gold Rush Doubler scratch-off game. What I find interesting is the place where he actually purchased the scratch-off ticket. He purchased it at Wildwood Meat Market on 28th St., South in St. Pete. Wildwood Meat Market is a butcher shop. Usually, you go to the convenience store or Publix and then you pick up a scratch-off ticket there. This guy picked it up at a butcher shop and ended up winning $1 million. Well, not quite $1 million he chose to receive his winnings as a lump sum payment of $685,000. And the butcher shop got $2,000 as a bonus commission for selling that winning scratch-off ticket.
The Top Prize For The Popular Lottery Game
The $1 million prize is the top prize for this game and there are still eight of those scratch-off tickets remaining to be won. There are also $1, $2, and $10 versions of the same game.
