1 Million Dollar Lottery Ticket Discovered In Tupperware Container
It would be awesome if you found a 1 million dollar lottery ticket in a Tupperware container at your house. This isn’t Science Fiction, this happened. A lady in Portland Oregon found a winning $1 million lottery raffle ticket and one of her Tupperware containers in her kitchen.
The crazy thing is that she forgot about it and what made her remember was the Powerball. The winner Leslie Carr, said, “I had no idea I was the winner. If it weren’t for the billion-dollar Powerball winner making news, I would have forgot. We don’t check our tickets.”
She Purchased The 1 Million Dollar Lottery Ticket And Didn’t Check It
How do you buy a lottery ticket and then don’t check to see if you’ve won? If you’re gonna play the game, you gotta see if you won. So, she bought the 1 million dollar lottery ticket back in March and waited over a month before checking to see if she won.
The billion-dollar Powerball winner she is talking about happened earlier in April. A person from the state she is from, Oregon, won the jackpot worth more than $1.3 billion.

The Florida Lottery just announced a new Florida lottery game of scratch offs where you have a chance to win big prizes of up to $10 million. The new $20 Scratch-Off game, called the Gold Rush Legacy, offers different ways you can win big. The new Florida lottery game has four $10 million prizes and 20 $1 million prizes. Other big cash winnings from Gold Rush Legacy is $25,000, $10,000.00 and even $1,000.00.
The odds of winning one of the top prizes are 1-in-15,042,825, according to the lottery website.
In addition to these huge prizes, the Florida Lottery announced three other scratch-offs that offer players more chances to get rich.
The $5 Loteria Grande game offers six top prizes of $1 million. Players have a 1-in-3,035,560 chance to win one of these top prizes. Florida Lottery players can also chose to play the $2 Win Win Win scratch-off game. This game offers eight top prizes of $50,000. There is a 1-in-1,735,106 chance of winning this top prize. Finally, the $1 Double It! game offers players a chance to win $5,000.
Scratch-Off games have brought in $18.39 billion for education ever since the Florida Lottery began offering them.

According to research done by Ramsey Solutions, 58% of Americans are spending more on groceries this year over last year. Ramsey solutions says that food prices have jumped 2.6% over the past year. It’s almost like we are now working just to eat. Food is important but you should not have to spend your whole check on feeding your family. I did this topic on the radio last week and there was a woman with a family of 4 who says she spends almost $1k on groceries every two weeks. She did say that she prefers the healthier and organic options when it comes to food. Yes, that makes a difference. However, you should not have to spend a fortune just to eat healthy.
