Two $1 Million Scratch-Off Tickets Purchased At Different Sarasota Publix Stores
Two Sarasota residents bought a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket and won the $1 million prize. The tickets were purchased at Publix, but not the same one.
Evan Fried and Sandra Rmus each chose to receive their million-dollar prizes as a one-time, lump-some payment of $820,000.
Fried bought his winning ticket from the Publix located at 8300 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota while Rmus bought her winning ticket from the Publix at 5100 Clark Road in Sarasota.
The two Publix stores will each receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
Both players won playing the 500X THE CASH scratch-off game.
