The woman, who is from Miami, bought her winning ticket from a gas station located on Seventh Avenue in Miami. She chose to receive her winnings as a one time lump sum payment of $640,000. The $1 Million A Year For Life Spectacular is a $50 scratch off game. The game was launched earlier this year and when it began it had 234 $1 million prizes. 156 of those 234 prizes are still remaining to be won. They also have $1 million a year for life, and there are two top prizes of that. Both of the top prizes are still available to be won.
