$1.6 Billion Lotto Winner Finally Claims Prize
The $1.6 billion lotto winner finally claims the prize. This was a record-breaking jackpot for the Mega Millions. If you remember, back in August the Mega Millions jackpot got that high. Firstly, there was one winning ticket for that jackpot. Secondly, the ticket was purchased at a Publix on Atlantic Boulevard in Neptune Beach. Neptune Beach is located in the Jacksonville area. Until now we did not know who the winner was. We still don’t know exactly who the winner was because that person isn’t named as of yet.
So, the winner of the $1.6 billion lotto jackpot finally claims the prize, but there is a catch. The winner is EXEMPT PURSUANT TO F.S. 24.1051. Yes, the winners name is confidential under state law. After 90 days the Florida Lottery may legally release the name of the jackpot winner. So on Christmas Day, this year the Florida Lottery could reveal the name of the winner of the Mega Millions jackpot. In case you were wondering the $1.6 billion jackpot the winner chose the cash option of $783,300,000. The Publix that sold the winning ticket got a $100,000 bonus commission for selling that ticket.
The Florida Lottery is celebrating 35 years. They say on their website, “The Florida Lottery is responsible for contributing more than $44 billion to enhance education and sending more than 950,000 students to college through the Bright Futures Scholarship Program. The Florida Lottery reinvests 99 percent of its revenue back into Florida’s economy through prize payouts, commissions to more than 13,000 Lottery retailers and transfers to education. Since 1988, Florida Lottery games have paid more than $85.8 billion in prizes and made more than 3,566 people millionaires.”

10 Songs Eric Church Is Expected To Play At The Amp
Eric Church will be at the Amp this Saturday. And every time he puts on a show it is absolutely fantastic. So what is Eric Church expected to play this Saturday at the Amp? Well he has many songs to choose from. He has released seven studio albums, including two live albums, and has released 29 singles to radio. The very first single he put out was “How ‘Bout You” in 2006. He didn’t celebrate his very first number #1 on country radio til 2011 when “Drink In My Hand” hit the top spot. He followed it up with another #1 when “Springsteen” also went to the top of the charts.
The last number one he had at country radio was back in 2020. That’s when his song “Hell of a View” went to the top of the charts. The last album he released was actual basically a triple album called Heart & Soul. Those came out in 2021 Heart and Soul were released to everybody, while the & album was released to his fan club.
The very first album he released was Sinners Like Me that featured the songs. “How ‘Bout You” and “Guys Like Me”. That album came out in 2006 and 17 years later he is still going strong.
Eric was in Tampa in 2022. He performed at Amalie Arena on March 5. That was on his Gather Again tour. The name of this tour is called The Outsiders Revival tour. If you are going to the show on Saturday the doors open at 6 p.m. The opening artist, Whiskey Myers, goes on at 7:30 p.m. and are on stage for an hour. Eric Church then hits the stage at 9.
