Clay met Jesse at the dog park, but he needs our help to ask her out on a date. We asked him where he got her number and he told us that he got it off of her dog’s collar. So, this could go one of two ways and we called her to find out which one happened.

  You may have met them online, but put your phone down and focus your attention on getting to know your date. Also, if your date is more enthralled with their phone than you, it might be a red flag.
• Let Your Friends & Family Set You Up:

  Who knows you better than your friends and family, right? Don’t be afraid of the blind date friend set-up. You never know!

• Trust Your Gut:

  Yes, it’s great to give people a chance, but if there is something telling you that this may not be the right person for you, there is a good chance that your gut feeling is right.

  For a first date, meet at a public place and keep your wits about you so you can make good choices. Also, tell a friend or family member the name of the person you are going out with and where you are going for the date.
