Derek Jeter is indeed a baseball legend. So is his house. Calling it a “Historic Deal”. Well, it does have granite countertops, so of course, it went for $22.5 Million! Haaaaa.

22,00 Square foot estate was listed for $29 million. Wonder what those payments are? And how much to heat this place?

If you gotta ask, you can’t afford it. Move on. Nice, cozy little place over on Bahama Circle with 345 ft of water frontage.

So, that’s a $675,000 commission? Asking for a friend, realtor.
