Poor Eating Habits Due To Pandemic? Here’s Why.
There are 4 reasons we ALL have been eating bad, bad, bad during the pandemic. If you’ve been eating a lot more food and a lot worse food since the pandemic started, Yeah, join the club. Almost everyone else has too. Put the cookies away people! Get that pie outta here! Step away from the ice cream! Wait. Let me just finish this last piece of cake first.
A new survey asked people for the main reasons why they’ve been eating worse over the past year.
Top 4 answers:
- Stress
- Crazy sleep schedule. Meaning, no sleep schedule.
- No set eating schedule. It’s called, grazing. Hey, are those Peanut M&Ms? (haaa)
- Simple need for more comfort food.
Our family jokes when pandemic began, and we were all locked down (remember even beaches closed) we had “waffles” every morning. Usually something we did on special days or when we had company. But, no every morning, waffles. Comfort food. Right.
