Robocalls are on the rise and it’s all because of tax season. Scammers are trying to take advantage of taxpayers by calling them and claiming to be the IRS.
Don’t fall for it! The IRS will never call without mailing a taxpayer first. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be the IRS you should call the police.
