Everyone would like to have dinner in space, right? Well, if you answered, yes, then you will have to pay a pretty decent amount for it. The company called SpaceVIP is offering to take six people into outer space on a space balloon. While you’re on the space balloon, you will have a meal catered by a Michelin star restaurant. Now, here’s the part that you may not like. It will cost you $495,000 to take the trip to have dinner in space.
Dinner In Space And What Else?
So, I know you’re also wondering about the space balloon as it’s not even a rocket of some sort. It looks like a hot air balloon but it has a pressurized cabin so you will be perfectly fine. So, how far into outer space will you go to have dinner in space? Well, according to SpaceVIP you will be 100,000 feet above sea level. You will be able to see the sunrise because the tour starts at four in the morning.
The whole tour is about four hours but you will be able to see the curvature of the Earth from 20 miles above sea level. You will also get hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. There’s gonna be test flights that start this year with this balloon and the actual first trip is expected to launch in 2025.

First of all, I just don’t wanna go into space so I don’t think this trip is for me. Even if I wanted to go into space, I don’t know if I’d wanna go on the maiden voyage of a space balloon 20 miles above the Earth.https://

Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park is located in the Florida Keys, so no wonder it made Trip Advisor’s list. I’m surprised it wasn’t ranked higher since the Keys are known to have the best beaches and attractions.
