If you are like me, you don’t just go to the grocery store once per week you have to go multiple times per week. Secondly, maybe you only go in for a couple of things and and you were shocked about how much those few things are. For me, I recently got hotdogs, mac & cheese and chips and a couple other items and was spending over $30 just for those few items. Finally, it is really difficult for families to buy the groceries that they used to buy so hopefully the price of groceries will go down at some point soon.
I found that making meals that will go over a couple of days is the best way to try to save money on dinner. Finally, it seems like the groceries that we buy are going faster than they usually are in the house and then you just have to go right back to the grocery store and buy more.
