There is a city right here in the Tampa Bay area that has been named as one of the most popular travel destinations for 2024. Congratulations to St. Petersburg as they were named one of the best travel destinations this year. It actually came in #2 overall on the trending destinations in the United States. Napa, California is the only city that St. Pete is behind. The study is from TripAdvisor, which releases their annual travelers choice best of the best awards for destinations. They actually look at both popular and trending destinations. Additionally, the look at the top destinations for honeymoon sustainability, nature, food, lovers, and more. They actually look at the top trending destinations in the world and the most popular destinations in the world.

Here is what the report says about St. Pete, “The sun almost always shines on St. Petersburg, the “Sunshine City” that enjoys an average of 361 days of clear skies per year. Combine that with 244 miles of glimmering coastline along Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Ciega Bay and the intra coastal waterways and you have one hot beach destination. I absolutely love that St. Pete is being recognized as a great travel destination. We know how awesome it is and I’m glad it is getting the recognition it deserves.
