Video Shows Man Being Rescued From Burning Car In Seminole
This video shows a man being rescued from a burning car in Seminole in the early morning hours. A good samaritan by the name of Travis Dupont was on his way home from work when he saw a car on fire. Dupont then realized that the vehicle had crashed into a store on Seminole Boulevard called Second Time Around Consignment. Without hesitation Dupont rushed over to the car and carried the driver to safety. It was all caught on tape by bystander Stephanie Turow. She told WFLA that “He picked him up like a baby and like just scooped him up, and ran all the way over with him. He was absolutely amazing.” Check out the video below.

Thanks to Dupont’s quick reaction the 28 year old driver was rescued before the car burst into flames. The driver is expected to be ok but was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
The Second Time Around consignment shop is located on Seminole Boulevard just north of 59th Ave. North. On their Facebook page they say they carry men’s women’s and kids clothing. They also carry furniture.
