Brian Kelley On How He Will Dress For The QYK Guitar Pull
Artist number 4 has been announced! Brian Kelley called into the show today and discussed how he will dress for the QYK Guitar Pull. We are pumped about BK being apart of our show this year. The QYK Guitar Pull will be on Sunday November 12th at The Mahaffey Theater located in downtown St. Petersburg along the water.
Brian Kelley is continuing his solo career after all the success he had with Florida Georgia Line. Brian and Tyler split last year and since then, they both have done really well. Both talented men with their unique styles of music. BK, being from Florida has more of the beach vibe to his sound, which fits right in with us here in Tampa.
“See You Next Summer” is Brian’s first charted single. He did release Sunshine State of Mind on June 25, 2021. Tyler Hubbard has released two very successful song s in “5 Foot 9” and “Dancin’ In the Country” and has a new single out this Friday called “Back Then Right Now”.
What Will BK Wear To The Show
We talked to BK this morning about the show and he is already thinking of how he will dress for the QYK Guitar Pull. Since he is a beach guy we figured he would dress as such for our QYK Guitar Pull. Things he discussed were flip flops, board shorts, maybe a Hawaiian shirt and definitely a cowboy hat. I’m sure he will be the best dressed at the show no matter what, because he and his wife own a clothing store called Tribe Kelley.
Last time we spoke with BK on the air, he had positive things to say about his time with FGL. We asked Brian is it is easier to write for himself instead of two people. He told us, “I’m so proud of us and everything that we were able to do. Forever grateful. But when you’re trying to represent yourself and it’s kind of this solo thing yeah I think for me, it’s easier to kind of filter out lines and ideas.”
