A player from the Tampa Bay Lightning has his Tampa house for sale. But don’t worry Lightning fans, he’s not leaving the team just moving to another house in Tampa. Nikita Kucherov is selling his Tampa 5,668-square-foot house and the asking price is $3,699,999. The house is located on Culbreath Ave. in Beach Park. He purchased the home in 2017 for $1,995,000.
Kuch bought a home in 2019 that has been torn down and a new home has been rebuilt. It is a waterfront home in the Sunset Park area of Tampa. Kuch isn’t leaving the Lightning because he is only halfway through a 8 year, $76 million dollar contract. It’s possible that he may want to move closer to some of his teammates on Davis Island. Kucherov finished this 2022-2023 season with 30 goals and 83 assists.

If you are in the market for a home then you could live in a place where a two-time Stanley Cup champion lived. As long as you have an extra $3.7 million lying around. It’s possible that the Stanley Cup spent a few nights in this home.
