Taylor Swift Mayor Of Tampa. It’s Taylor Swift week in Tampa Bay and the city wants to make it official. Ahead of the singer’s three concerts at Raymond James Stadium, the city of Tampa has posted a video on its social media pages offering Swift a special honor. Mayor Jane Castor has presented a key to the city to the singer and invited her to reign as Tampa’s honorary mayor for a day. To welcome Taylor Swift and her Swifties, the city of Tampa will be illuminated in red on April 13th from sundown to sunrise.
