First Pictures Of New Dog Water Park Coming To St. Pete

There is a new dog water park coming to St. Pete and now we can see what it will look like. The photos are just a rendering of what it will look like, but the dogs will love it. The dog water park is called Mutts and Martinis and is located at 2900 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg. Eventually, it will be opening this spring.

The space that it is in is an old transmissions repair garage in the Grand Central District.. The owners of Mutts and Martinis are the same people that own two Love My Dog resorts. The owners claim that Mutts and Martinis is “Florida’s first dog water park and full liquor bar.” Finally, there will be a outdoor pool area with obstacles and toys, as well as covered seating areas.

What Will The Howard Frankland Bridge Look Like When It's Finished?

What will the Howard Frankland Bridge look like when it’s finished? You have driven over the bridge and you see progress happening, but when will it be done and what will it look like. According to the Florida Department of Transportation, construction is expected to finish around the end of 2025. It will cost around $865 million.

The FDOT says about the bridge, “This design-build project is building a new southbound/westbound (from Tampa to St. Petersburg) interstate bridge over Old Tampa Bay between Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.” They added, “The new bridge will consist of eight lanes; four general use lanes, (Tampa to St. Petersburg) and four Express lanes; two lanes from the St. Petersburg side toward Tampa, two lanes from the Tampa side toward St. Petersburg. A bicycle/pedestrian pathway separated from the roadway will is also included.”

Once the new bridge is built and all traffic is moved the existing northbound/eastbound (St. Petersburg to Tampa) bridge will be removed.
