Yea, just before 12 noon, Evan Moniz Armstrong apparently was testing the speed of his new rental car. An officer with in car radar clocked him at 128 mph in a 55 kph zone. Evan was puled over and had nothing to say after that, other than he had rented the car for the day. This Florida Man (via California) was booked into our Pinellas County jail on racing charges.
