He Used A “Horse” Coupon
Second Date Update: We have heard the saying “You can lead a horse to water but you can make it drink.” That was kind of what happened on Doug’s date with Renee. The difference is you can’t make someone love an activity you had planned. After a casual first date Doug decided to use a “Horse” coupon that he won at work. The Morning Krewe thought that going horseback riding on the beach for a date was a great idea. However Renee was not a big fan of this surprise.
First they went on a date to Chili’s and then planned on going on a second one. Although the first date was casual Doug raised the bar quite a bit for their next date. It should be noted that the plans for the second date were a surprise to Renee. Doug took Renee horseback riding on the beach because he had won this “adventure” at work during a raffle. What he didn’t know is that Renee does not like animals and was not into this at all. Although we still thought this was a very cool idea and took some planning on his part. Nonetheless Renee was not excited the he used a “Horse” coupon for their date.
